人家都說「三十而立」，我想著那29歲的標準到底為何呢？我拍下了29歲生日的前後段時間，面對玩伴為了人生的下一階段離去，我才發現只剩下我還在原地，孤單地原地踏步，任性的希望時間不要流動。慌張和焦慮，我找到了一位催眠師，在她的的引導下，我找到徬徨的源頭，卻也找到了能夠往下走的解答。

People say that "you stand at thirty." I thought about what the standard is for a 29-year-old. I took photos of the time before and after my 29th birthday. When my playmates left for the next stage of their lives, I realized that I was the only one left in the same place, walking alone, willfully hoping that time would not flow. Panicked and anxious, I found a hypnotist. Under her guidance, I found the source of the hesitation, but also found a solution to move forward.
